Season is coming!

Some of my Christmas cards are ready for the season. I just received clear bags to pack them in. Etsy is a great source for packaging materials. One card includes a cardinal, which is a beautiful red bird found in North and South America. I love to watch them through my window when they land on our tree. They sing nicely too! Another card includes a bullfinch with his bright red breast and black head. The female is not so pretty though. They can be found in Europe and Asia. I remember them from Germany – again watching them through my window.

First snow

Last week brought a huge amount of snow and damage to NY state and fortunately it was not so bad for Toronto. We enjoyed the first snow, especially my miniature dachshund D'Argo was very creative. He is a smart dog and manages his blog too. Here is a silly post which brought me a lot of fun. By the way, the image above is a sneak peek at my new series of Christmas cards. Don't freeze, stay tuned!
